I spent about 6 hours at the house site today, photographing the placement of the modular house boxes. They placed the boxes using a crane, bolted it together, unfolded the roof, placed the reverse gable onto the front of the house, and shingled the roof. I took 158 pictures with my DSLR camera, and uploaded a whole bunch from my BlackBerry as I took them. You can see all of them at my Flickr photostream. There are two photosets: the “All House Photos” set contains all of the photos for this project, and the “Time-Lapse” set contains only specific photos, taken from one single place, to show the progress, time-lapse style. They are in the last folder on the right-hand column at the above link. The best way to watch the time-lapse is by doing the slideshow.
